Description:'Sheriff Hales Hall, Staffordshire.' Front view showing a plain low half-timbered Tudor building of two storeys, with a porch and gable above. There is another gable and a cluster of chimneys behind it. Sheriffhales was in Staffordshire until 1895, since when it has been part of Shropshire. Artist: J. Buckler.
